A TRIBUTE TO TEACHERS
Hello Kinder Stars,
In this blog, we embark on a heartfelt journey to celebrate and honor the extraordinary individuals who shape our lives in profound ways - our beloved teachers.
Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual. If people remember me as a good teacher that will be the biggest honour for me" - Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Teachers are the guiding stars who selflessly help the students in crossing the vast ocean of life's journey. Many say that Teachers are the ladder to the success of any student's life.
SARVEPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN
Every year September 5th is celebrated as Teachers' Day in India. It is the birthday of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the 2nd president of India. Dr. Radhakrishnan studied philosophy and held positions as department head in various renowned universities in India.
Before becoming the president of India, he was appointed as the Indian ambassador to the Soviet Union. He was also awarded Bharat Ratna - the highest civilian award of the Republic of India.
Once a group of students of Dr.Radhakrishnan sought his permission to celebrate his birthday, however, Dr. Radhakrishnan requested his students that his birthday be celebrated as Teacher's Day, to acknowledge the contribution of Teachers to society.
Now that we know the history of Teacher's Day. Let's see how our teachers help in our educational journey.
TEACHING A NOBLE PROFESSION
"Education is the key to success in life and TEACHERS make a lasting impact in the lives of their students" - Solomon Ortiz
It's the TEACHER that makes the difference and not the classroom. Teachers have a key role in shaping the lives of TOMORROW's leaders.
They are not just EDUCATORS, they teach life lessons that are beyond the curriculum. They have the supreme art to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Teachers are the real society's heroes. Teachers not only transfer information but also ignite curiosity, inspire dreams, and instill VALUES that guide students throughout their lives.
They are the mentors, guiding stars, and unsung heroes who leave an INDELIBLE MARK ON GENERATIONS.
Their influence goes FAR BEYOND THE CLASSROOM, leaving a lasting legacy of learning and inspiration.
